There's a state-run public healthcare system in Germany. This system is funded by both the employers and employees via their social security insurance contributions.

However, it is also subsidized by the government, which also see those on pensions and unemployed people benefits too to still have access to the healthcare.

A good number of people in Germany are enrolled in the public healthcare insurance system which is also known as Gesetzliche Krankenversicherung (GKV),

So in the country only about 10% of the population choose to access a private healthcare insurance which is also refers to as Private Krankenversicherung (PKV).

one should be a student aged between 23-29

You should be a working class msn or woman as a civil servant.
