I had done the first part of this post. If you are reading this post and have not read the first part. You should search for the first part with the same name and go through it. So we were on the mistakes people make when attempting to get their insurance claims from the worker's compensation insurance after a work injury. These mistakes make the injured staff lose the case if it is taken to court.

1) Waiting too long to file a claim: Every state has a timeframe from the occurrence of the injury when an injury would have to file a claim. When this window expires, it is impossible to get the insurance company to pay the insurance claim to the staff. They would tell the staff that it is an afterthought. They plead statute limitation and win the case. Also, the staff needs to file the claims by themselves. The employer should not file it for them.

2) Quitting the job amid the injury: This is one of the most fatal mistakes injured staff makes. It happens that sometimes, the employer might not be treating them right, and out of depression, they decide to quit. It is plain wrong. If th employer wants to sack the staff, it is okay because that is a case on its own but for staff to quit, it is a loose situation.
