The insurance claim you get from your Worker's Compensation Insurance is dependent on the phase of the injury. We have two phases. These are
1) The Active Phase
2) Permanent Phase
This post is going to explore the active phase.

The active phase of a Worker's Compensation Insurance is that phase where medical experts are trying to help you heal or restore from the injury gotten at work. Imagine a person fell off a building at work and fractured his leg, the period that the person would be taking therapy from a chiropractor is the active phase of Worker's Compensation Insurance. Summarily, the active phase is the period where medical processes are being administered to get an injured employee back to work.

The benefits in the active stage of Workers' Compensation Insurance are

1) Medical Care: You are covered to receive any kind of medical care that would get the staff back on his feet again. This is at absolutely no cost to the injured staff

2) Compensation: During the period of a staff recuperating from a work injury, that staff is entitled to 66% of his/ her monthly salary.

Those are the the two basic entitlements in the active stage of a job injury.
