1. Renting is cheaper than buying.

2. You can move into a house or apartment whenever you want and it's not as much work to find a new home in your price range.

3. You can have more flexibility with who you live with and how much time you spend there if you don't live alone. especially if they have roommates!

4. You can rent out your home or apartment to make extra money, which is great for having a second income and/or saving up for retirement.

5. Renting lets you keep your property taxes low and avoid having to pay property taxes altogether (this is especially helpful if you live in an expensive city like New York City or Los Angeles).

6. Rental properties tend to be newer and nicer than homes, which means they're likely to appreciate in value over time!

7. Without committing to a significant purchase, you may experiment with various designs and colours.

8. You can rent a bigger space than you can buy if you need extra room for parties or working from home.

9. You don’t have to pay remodeling costs if the place isn’t in great shape when bought; if it is, you’re on your own! (Unless the seller offers to do it for free.)

Though it is always good to buy a thing and have a it permanently to yourself but also renting it comes with numerous benefits. with renting a house you will know first hand if such a place will be good for you to live in, when the first rent expires or not .if it was a permanent house whether it is good or bad you have to remain there

Again, renting a place is a lot cheaper than buying as you have stated there's always flexibility of payment when it comes to renting an apartment. Renting apartment also needs little amount of money.

It may be better to rent than buy a house, but some things are easier to do with a mortgage. The biggest difference between renting and buying is that when you rent an apartment, you don't have to worry about designing your living space and home — the landlord does it for you.

Buying a house means that you spend your time on decisions like choosing paint colors, deciding what kind of shower head to install, and whether or not you want French doors in your kitchen. Renting alleviates many of these headaches by putting all of the design decisions on someone else's shoulders.
