It is always a good financial move if one can invest his or her inheritance it can be difficult controlling an inheritance that you have no knowledge of so sometimes the best bet could be selling it then investing the money in some investment that you can easily control.

You can invest the money in real estate as it's simple to invest in if you can buy a property and rent it out you can also invest in shares and bonds issued by the government or you can go into your dream business and run it to perfection for it to stand the test of time.

You can inherit cash, property, or investment. If you have inherited a property, do not sell the property to invest in another market, use the property to earn cash flow through renting the property. If you have inherited cash, you can use your inheritance to invest in various markets, however, overcome this though it is free money, you should be careful with handling the money even if it is your inheritance. If you have inherited investments and equity, don't sell them off, instead manage your investment and equity. You can sell it only when it is not profitable and gives you a loss.

As for me if I have a very huge amount as inheritance, I would like to invest in real estate and farming. There are lots of investment our there that they are risky but for me not to risk my inheritance, I would rather go for the ones with sure winning even if it has small returns.

So real estate is one of the Investment that never depreciate. The valve of lands is always appreciating. If a land is bought for $2k this year, but 5 years it might rise to $2k. And also farming business is a business that is very lucrative because it is something that we can not do without
