This is because a lot of car sellers are being given sales targets for their cars to claim their quarterly bonuses. So they are ready to sell at a cheaper rate to lure people to buy to help them reach the sales target. The thing is tht these target are set either weekly or monthly but the big bonuses come for these car dealer quarterly.

This is why you are going to save money buying your car at these months which are the financial quarter. So all you need do is to save your money to buy the car you want at these times. As the car sellers are keen on hitting their quarterly sales target, you would have bought your car cheaper and money saved in the process.
