Staying fit after retirement requires a lot of trade offs for example if you're not used to exercising while you're still working you have to cultivate the habit which requires efforts on it's own, in this article we will be talking about how to stay fit as a retired worker.

1) Cultivate the habit: The first thing to do is cultivating the habit which can be done by making little incremental changes, maybe start by waking up early and doing light weight exercise this can be running, walking, jogging or simply skipping, by doing this every day you are training your mind to get used to your new habit.

2) Eat Healthy: The ticket to good and healthy body is good food, you have to be intentional on the kind of food you eat, especially if you have been eating junk foods, you should opt for whole food with a lot of fibers and let's fat.

3) Have A Good Night Sleep: This cannot be underestimated, if you want to stay fit, you have to be sleeping well, sleeping deprivation can cause long term effects like obesity and unusual eating pattern, sleeping for at least 8 to 10 hours is enough to get a full circadian rhytmn
