You can earn passive income from decoration even if you are not a decorator yourself. All you need to do is to own decoration materials and you would just be renting it out to declrators. Most decoraors don't have enough materials to use in an event. Some celebrants might ask for unconventional decorations, this leaves the decorator with no choice than to rent from people who have a wide range of decoration materials.
