To post a new topic in the forum, click on the Orange Post thread button and select the appropriate category that matches your post. You may need to register before you can post a message.

It may not be possible to edit or delete a post that has already been approved by the Moderator. Only a forum administrator or moderator can edit or delete posts in the forum. But If you would like to edit/modify your post or, have it deleted, click on the edit or delete button below your post.

We want to keep the forum clean from garbage or irrelevant post,. Rules are set to stop spam. There is a spam word in your post that is triggering our spam handlers. We set a criteria for checking spam messages and to reject new user messages containing Links and Email including some popular spam words. You must have at least 20 relevant posts before you can get access to post link or certain content.

The forum administrator may not have allowed attachments. Contact the forum administrator if you are unsure about why you are unable to add attachments.

The forum administrator may have decided that posts in the forum you are posting to require review before submission. New members are usually reviewed before being published.

The forum is organised into sections, each forum having its own one-line description on the forum homepage. Try to choose which section is best and post it there. You may start a new topic by clicking on the "Add" button to the right of the section title.

To add an image to your username, access your profile via the link at the top right of your screen, click on 'edit profile' and then 'edit my image'. As always, keep it anonymous, clean and offensive and don't use your company details, copyrighted content or any blinking image. Any image violating these rules may result in deletion of the image without warning or display rights being removed.

A descriptive title is preferred, as it will attract people who think they may know the answer. Generic titles are a lot less efficient.

Moderators will edit posts when it’s required. If someone uses vulgarities, publishes private information (such as emails or passwords), or breaks the guidelines, we will clean up the publication. We also may edit a post to correct a typo that completely changes the meaning of the post.

Either edit your post or reply to it and explain what was wrong, then use the report post button and a moderator will help. Please don’t abuse this, and keep in mind that most posts will not be removed.

Yes. Bumping (moving your own post to the top of the forums) actually makes your post easy to find for members to reply to.

No. This actually makes it harder for people to help you, and drains the resources of the volunteers. People actively look at un-answered posts to see what needs help. Making multiples means more posts to look at, and less time to help each person.

Forum moderators can mark any post resolved. You can also mark your own posts resolved in their specific forum areas. They should have replied and explained why. If you think it’s not solved, you can just un-resolve it and ask again.

Sometimes posts are removed because a user has been warned previously not to do a thing (like make multiple posts) and they did it again. We always delete spam. We try not to delete useful posts, but if there are legal issues, or harassment cases, we may do so to protect the people involved.

You can report the post by using the “Report” button found below every forum post. That alerts the moderators that their attention is needed. Please don’t abuse this. It’s meant for issues in that post only, not for general personal issues.

We don't allow a post to be removed if it's the first in a thread. This is because it would remove the complete thread. If it contains personal information, please report the post and we can remove this for you.

It's possible it's been captured by our spam filter. Please give us some few minutes to review your post. If the content is useful it will be approved, but if it contains spam content it will be deleted.

Make sure your username and password are correct. If you still couldn't login, contact the forum administrator to make sure your account hasn't been banned or removed.

Try to find the email you received when you registered, verify your username and password and try again. An administrator may have deactivated or removed your account for some reason. In addition, we periodically delete users who did not post for a long period of time to reduce the size of the database. If this happened, try to re-register yourself and get more involved in the discussions.

Individuals are not allowed to have and use more than one account on Insuredforum.com, in order to maintain liability for actions and prevent anonymous abuses. Companies are permitted to have a separate account. Individual user accounts must be assigned to the different roles used such as contributors, support representatives and so on. Organization who abuse this privilege will have it revoked.

You are free to share or add your links to your post. Before adding links, please ensure the link or url is relevant to the post and its not deceptive or spam like. To avoid flooding the forum with links new members are required to have at least 20 posts or threads before they can add links.

If you can, yes. When a question relates to a specific website or page, and the site is publicly viewable, a link makes things faster to solve. This will allow people to see the issue and often leads to faster resolutions. Keep in mind, links will not get removed any time later, unless in extreme circumstances. Google will capture posts, including any available links within minutes, so if that is a concern to you, please don’t link in the body of your post.
