our quest for efficient financial management, I would highlight the expenses that we have to checkmate if we want to be financially okay. This post is for low and middle-income earners. High-income earners might afford to spend extravagantly. So if you are not a billionaire, these are the things you don't need to stop spending on but you can check how you spend on them.

1)Food: You can't stop eating but you really have to evaluate the amount you spend on eating. Are you eating too much and spending a great deal on food? The adjustment is that you should eat less portions.

2) Entertainment: We have to entertain ourselves by watching movies and listening to music. Sometimes we have to stream online and we spend so much on data. It is time you sit down and evaluate how much you spend in your data. If it is too high, please make a change.

Rent: If you are living in a rented apartment and the house rent is more than your two months' salary, then you have to change to a more affordable apartment. Anything beyond that, you are working for your landlord. It is needed to check these things to show where you are and make add adjustment

You are right these are the different needs that are really important to us but they consume enough of our income and as such we always have to review them to be sure we are not overspending on them especially when it comes to feeding.

I know a lot of times we can eat more than four times a day especially on a day that we are very hungry and you might spend almost 30 to $40 on just a day feeding so it is pertinent that we work with our budget even on a day that we are very hungry to avoid overspending.
