If you're a woman, the answer generally depends on what kind of insurance agent you are, and where you're located.

##Some differences include:

• In some states, women make more than men for the same job title.
• Women in general make less than men for the same job title on average.
• Women who work in sales make less money than men in that role but are most likely to have interesting jobs with company cars and bonuses.
• Female agents who sell life insurance make less money as a whole, but these numbers can also change because life insurance is becoming more popular among non-traditional buyers such as seniors or Millennials .

Also, there is a limit to what you can make as an insurance agent. I'm going to talk about three jobs: Insurance Sales, Life Insurance and General Agent.

Some of the top female insurance agents are well connected, they are relatives and friends of celebrities who purchase huge insurance policies, so the insurance agent of the celebrity is also making a lot of money. If a man earns x commission by promoting a product, a woman also earns the same commission by promoting the same product. When it comes to the commission rate, there is no segregation. However, women can be more successful as insurance agents compared to men. That's because women have a natural talent for persuasion. Therefore, they can persuade more people to buy insurance, thus being able to earn more. However, this does not mean, every woman can earn better and all men earn less compared to women. Earning depends on the ability to market the products and the capacity to reach the target market.
